Our Policies
Lash Fill Ins
All fill in are to be scheduled by the 28th day since your set is applied or a new full set is necessary and pricing applies.
Fill ins 14-21 days are the advertised price, 21-28 will be an additional $20 depending on your retention of lashes. If less than 30% lashes remaining at anytime is a full set
No Phones
I cannot tell you who is calling or texting this is a distraction to us both. Reading your phone with my magnifiers on strains my eyes. Touching your phone while gloved is unhygienic. Please put on DND. There is a charger provided.

No Children/Pets
Children and pets can become a problem in our environment. Please do not bring them with you to your appointment or you will be turned away!
Missed Appointments
No Call No Show – full service amount will be due to book again.
Late Penalty
If you are more than 20 mins late, your appointment will be canceled.
Appointment Time slots are long and dedicated to you, please be courteous of our time.
Refunds
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS! Time, supplies, and disposables consumed can not be refunded. If you have an issue please don’t hesitate to reach out to me, in the first 48 hours for a complimentary adjustment to be made within 5 days from application.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
This business enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied.
The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed.
